Warehouse visitor management software: site rules agreed, every visitor on the roll call.
vFound Visitors is visitor management software for warehouses and factories: each contractor and visitor agrees to your site rules as they sign in on their phone or a gatehouse tablet. Their host is told, and a live list shows who is inside for a fire drill.
Factories, warehouses and depots sign in contractors, drivers, auditors and visitors who need to know the site rules before they walk in.
A driver answers the gate's questions and agrees to the site rules before signing in.
Valid card required. Cancel before day 14 to avoid the yearly charge.

A driver pulls up to the gatehouse
Factories, warehouses and depots sign in drivers, auditors, contractors and visitors who need to know the site rules before they walk in. The gatehouse should not be the only place anyone can see who is inside.

Scan or tap
A QR sign at the gate opens the sign-in form on the driver's phone. Or pair any tablet in the gatehouse in the browser with a ten-minute code. No app and no account for the visitor.
- 2
Answer the gate's questions
Each visitor type asks its own questions. A driver type can ask for a vehicle registration and a carrier, and an auditor type can ask for something else.
- 3
Agree to the site rules
The visitor agrees to the terms for their type before signing in, and the text they agreed to is kept with the visit.

The host knows
The host is emailed when the full name typed matches one person on your list, otherwise the gatehouse confirms the host first. A visitor type can wait for approval before anyone is let in.
The tablet in the gatehouse
Open the kiosk page on the tablet, enter the 8-character code within 10 minutes, then lock the tablet with iPad Guided Access or Android screen pinning. If a tablet goes missing, the owner or a manager revokes it from the Kiosk devices list.
A gatehouse tablet is paired in the browser with a short code, and can be revoked.

On a phone the same form shows the driver the questions and rules for their type. A visitor type that needs approval, and a walk-in the gatehouse wants to hold, wait on the list until a person decides.
Who is inside when the alarm sounds
A daily or weekday pass lets a contractor sign in once on each valid day with the same QR code, and anyone left signed in is signed out automatically after the day ends. The live roll call is built from those sign-in records.

- A final report.
What it does not cover
- Your own employees, because it is not an attendance register.
- Proof that everybody has left the building.
- Alarm or fire panel connections, and phones without a connection.
- Contractor sign-in software for sites covers multi-day jobs, approval and passes.

Walk a driver through it in the trial
In the 14-day trial, set a Driver type with a vehicle registration question and your site rules, pair a tablet or print the QR sign, sign a driver in on your own phone, then start a roll call and finish it to see the report. A valid card is required.
One workspace for everything your desk looks after.
Questions from the gatehouse
How much does vFound Visitors cost for a factory or warehouse?+
US$67/month per venue, billed yearly at US$804, with unlimited contractors, drivers, visitors and team members, after a 14-day free trial that requires a valid card.
Can contractors agree to our safety rules?+
Yes. Each visitor type can have its own terms, and a visitor agrees to them before signing in. The agreed text is kept with the visit.
Can we record a vehicle registration?+
Yes. Each visitor type can ask its own questions, such as a vehicle registration or a company name.
Do we need a kiosk at the gate?+
No. Drivers and contractors can sign in on their own phone from the QR sign at the gate, or on any tablet you pair in the browser in the gatehouse.
Can a driver sign in without an invitation?+
Yes. A self sign-in from the QR sign is for that day only. A visitor type can still wait for the gatehouse to approve it, and the venue can switch self sign-in off.
Does vFound handle dock appointments or yard management?+
No. vFound Visitors records who signs in and who is on site. It does not schedule trucks, track loads or run a warehouse.
What if the gatehouse tablet is lost?+
An owner or manager revokes the paired device from the Kiosk devices list. Visitors can still sign in on their own phones from the QR sign.
Everyone on the rules, and on the roll call.
