Office mailroom software: every delivery to the office, logged and handed over.
vFound Parcels is office mailroom software: it reads the label from a photo and emails the person it is for with a pickup code. It records the handover, whether they collect the parcel or you deliver it to their desk.
Office receptions and mailrooms take in parcels for hundreds of people, and every one needs to reach the right desk with a record of who collected it.
A parcel recorded for reception collection.
Valid card required. Cancel before day 14 to avoid the yearly charge.

One delivery, two ways to reach its recipient
The morning courier arrives while reception is signing in visitors. Log the parcel once, confirm who it is for and put it somewhere the afternoon team can find. Then choose desk collection or a delivery round.
Signed stops stay marked Delivered on the round.

Receive and confirm
Scan a barcode or photograph the label. AI can suggest label details; your team checks the recipient before saving. Add the shelf and a handling tag, such as fragile or signature required.
- 2
Notify and store
The recipient gets an email with a pickup code. Their private page brings waiting parcels together, so reception does not need to send a separate message for each delivery.
- 3
Deliver and record
Group waiting parcels into a named delivery round. At each desk, record who received the parcel and take a signature on the phone. A delivered stop is marked Delivered; unfinished stops remain on the round.
Keep the people list current
A CSV import is a practical starting point for an office directory. A configured public HTTPS CSV can refresh the people list hourly. Review the source before publishing it: the URL must be reachable by the service.

Microsoft Entra and OfficeRnD Flex are optional Enterprise connectors, not features of the ordinary Parcels trial. They require customer-owned credentials and vendor permissions. Entra reads the directory; OfficeRnD reads members, with an optional location filter. Neither connection delivers a parcel or checks that a person is at their desk.
Rehearse the next shift before switching
In the 14-day trial, add a few sample recipients and shelves. Log one parcel for collection and one for a round, complete the handovers, then have a colleague find their records. Check a hold and a delegated pickup as well. A valid card is required.

| Your requirement | Fit | What to check |
|---|---|---|
| Receive, notify and record collection | Yes | Parcels includes label photos, recipient emails, shelf locations and recorded handovers. |
| Walk parcels to staff desks | Yes | Delivery rounds collect signatures at individual stops. They do not optimise a driving route. |
| Start from an employee spreadsheet | Yes | Import a CSV into People. Check names and email addresses before sending parcel notices. |
| Synchronise an employee directory | Enterprise | Microsoft Entra and OfficeRnD Flex connectors need Enterprise and your own authorised vendor connection. |
| Open smart lockers or digitise letter contents | No | vFound records parcels handled by your team. It does not control lockers or scan the contents of mail. |
The recipient is working from home
A parcel arriving today does not mean its recipient is in the office. They can ask for a hold until a date or nominate a colleague with a separate collection code. Staff still perform the handover; a hold is not a delivery booking.
Use the shelf record when the next receptionist takes over. For outgoing mail, log the parcel separately and record the courier handoff with a signature. vFound does not book a courier or buy postage.
Questions from the mailroom
Can our receptionist deliver parcels to desks instead of asking people to collect?+
Yes. Create a delivery round from waiting parcels, then record the recipient and signature at each stop. Parcels also supports collection at reception, so the desk can use both workflows.
What happens when an employee is away or asks a colleague to collect?+
The recipient can request a hold until a date or delegate collection using a separate code. The reception team still checks and records the handover; vFound does not arrange a courier delivery to their home.
Does the Parcels trial include Microsoft Entra directory sync?+
No. The standard trial covers parcel handling and a people list you can populate by CSV. Microsoft Entra and OfficeRnD Flex connectors require Enterprise, customer-owned credentials and the required vendor permissions.
Can vFound handle outgoing office parcels?+
Yes. Staff can log an outgoing parcel and record its signed handoff to a courier. Booking the courier, purchasing postage and transport tracking remain outside that workflow.
Will we need dedicated mailroom hardware?+
No. Reception can use a browser on a phone, tablet or computer. Phone cameras and USB or Bluetooth barcode scanners are supported; automated locker control is not.
Try the handoff your reception actually makes.
