Hotel package management software: guest packages held, found and handed over at check-in.
vFound Parcels is package management software for hotels: it logs each parcel from a photo of its label, holds it until the date you choose, emails the guest a pickup code and records who collected it.
Hotels receive parcels for guests who have not arrived yet, guests who have already left, and staff, and each one has to be found quickly at the front desk.
The desk sees each guest's parcel with its room, carrier, shelf and handling flags.
Valid card required. Cancel before day 14 to avoid the yearly charge.

- 1Log
From a photo of the label
Scan the label and vFound AI reads the name and tracking number. Log it for the guest's name and email, even if they are not on your people list.
- 2Hold
Until the guest's date
Hold a parcel until the guest's arrival date, so reminders start only when they are there.
- 3Shelf
Where it is and how to handle it
Record the shelf, and mark parcels perishable, fragile, oversized, high value or signature required.
What the guest has in their browser
The guest gets an email with a pickup code and a private page. The page says where to collect the parcel, shows its carrier and tracking number with a link, notes if a signature is required or the parcel is perishable, and holds one code for every parcel waiting for them. A guest who is already at the desk can say so from the page, and the desk scans the code and takes a signature at handover. There is no app.
The guest has the pickup code and where to collect it, in their browser.
When the guest has already left
Parcels nobody collects are raised with your team after a set number of days, and you can mark one returned to the sender. Staff parcels work the same way: put your team on the people list, imported from a CSV file or kept current from a CSV link, and log and hand over their parcels like a guest's.
How it works
